General Refunds & Cancellation Policy
All unsuccessful applications will be refunded within 30 days from the Allotment Date.
Refunds will be credited to the same account details provided by the applicant during booking.
There is a 100% refund policy with no deductions in case the allotment is not confirmed.

Disputes
All disputes arising from or related to the terms of this application/agreement, including interpretation, eligibility, or any rights and obligations of the parties involved, shall be resolved through amicable mutual discussion.
If unresolved, the aggrieved party may approach the adjudicating authority under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA).
The courts of Faridabad, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all such matters.
